ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Do you have experience in providing a wide range of administrative services?  The Australian Catholic Social Justice Council (ACSJC) is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer for a key role in this national agency of the Catholic Church, which is based in Sydney. This is a unique opportunity for an efficient and organised individual.

As the Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing a range of secretarial and administrative services, including word processing, tracking sales and liaising with customers to support the effective operations of the Council.

You will have proven experience proven in a broad range of office duties with strong experience in working in a small team without close supervision and demonstrated experience in Microsoft Windows operating environment and the Microsoft Office applications software and basic desktop publishing skills.  You will have good communications skills, with attention to detail.  In return we will offer you an ethical workplace where you can grow your skills.
